Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’) for the contest to win 6 collector’s items Oranjeboom glasses (‘Promotion’). The Promotion is organized by Scooperz on behalf of Oranjeboom, located at Druivenstraat 21 in Breda The Netherlands (‘Organizer’). The promotion will run from Thursday October 4 at 00:00:00 CET until Wednesday October 10 2018 at 23:59:59 CET (‘Promotion Period’) and will take place in the United Kingdom. Australia and the United States.

Eligible for the prize are those who meet all of the following requirements (‘Participants’):

• Persons that are at least 18 years old at the start of the Promotion
• Persons that are lawfully residing in the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States
• Persons that have accepted these T&Cs

Excluded from participation are employees of (subcontractors of) the Organizer or their close family, people residing at the same address as these persons, as well as family members until the second degree of persons that work for one of the above mentioned entities.

The prize of 6 limited edition Oranjeboom glasses is not transferable, redeemable or cashable.

To enter the Promotion, Participants must take a screenshot of the hand holding the glass and share it during the Promotion Period as a response to the social media expressions of Oranjeboom related to Promotion.

In total, the Prize will be won 3 times: 1 time in the United Kingdom, 1 time in Australia and 1 time in the United States. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to win. The winners per country will be selected randomly from all photos taken in accordance with the terms and conditions. The results are not open for discussion. In addition, 1 substitute per country will be chosen for each prize winner in case the first 3 prize winners cannot receive the prize in accordance with the T&Cs.

The winners will be announced within 1 week after the Promotion Period and will receive a message on social media. The message asks them to provide their full name, address and date & place of birth. If the winner does not provide all requested information within 72 hours (3 days) after message or if the Organization has determined that the winner does not meet one or more conditions of the Promotion, the prize will automatically be forwarded to the next selected winner. The selected alternate will be requested to provide the requested information within 48 hours (2 days). If one of the time limits mentioned above is not met, the Prize will be cancelled and a different or no winner will be selected.

The winning Participants in the Promotion declare their agreement to the granting of the right to the Organizer to publish their name and place of residence in any media without requiring separate permission, announcement or compensation. Furthermore, they also agree to take part in any reasonable publicity associated with or resulting from the Prize, if the Organizer requests them to do so. The Organizer will not provide personal data to third parties.

In any of the following cases, a Participant will immediately be disqualified:

• If it is suspected that he/she has acted in violation of the T&Cs
• If he/she provides incorrect or incorrect statements or data
• If it is suspected that he/she has committed an attack or attempted to change or manipulate the computer system, the website or the server through which the Promotion is being conducted
• If he/she failed to claim the Prize in time in accordance with the section ‘announcement of the winners’

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from or in connection with the Promotion or the Prize. The Organizer can also not be held liable for system failures, delays, or failures caused by factors outside its control field. Furthermore, the Organizer will not be responsible for any non-fulfillment of obligations by third parties that are involved in the organization of the Promotion. Once the Prize is delivered to the winners, the Organizer is no longer responsible for any losses.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions contained in this document.

The Organizer is entitled, for organizational and/or legal reasons, to change certain parts of the T&Cs without prior announcement or further notification afterwards. The Organizer may at any time decide to replace the Prize with another prize of equal value.
